These primitive animals graze as wether lambs on the Manx Hills until they mature at 15 to 18 months. Due to maturity the delicious meat is darker, containing less fat and is lower in cholesterol. They feed on the pure herbage of the Manx Hills as nature intended.
Native to the Isle of Man, Manx organic Loaghtan is by nature a slow maturing lamb, producing tender meat with great depth of flavour. It is 23% lower in fat and almost 10% lower in cholesterol, This selection contains
