We are a family run business based in Castletown in the beautiful Isle of Man. We Supply Local Manx Meat which includes Beef, Lamb & Pork, Specialising in Free Range Rare breed Pork, Manx Loaghtan Lamb. We are also famous on the Island for our Homemade Sausages with an amazing 35 varieties and also our Homemade Burgers and Pies.
We offer a Traditional Friendly Service at our shop in Castletown and now we can offer the same service online with Island Wide Delivery and also UK Delivery. In addition to this we supply local restaurants, hotels and pubs across the Island.

History
Radcliffe Butchers Ltd was established in 1983 when Ian Radcliffe, Harry Lennon and Derek Sharpe who all worked for Costain’s the Butchers were given the opportunity to takeover the Business in Malew Street. It grew from strength to strength supplying high quality Manx Meat to customers, restaurants and hotels throughout the Island and It was the start of Radcliffe’s famous Homemade Sausages made by Harry, the Sausage Making King!
In 1999 Ian retired leaving Harry & Derek at the helm with the help of Harry’s son Christopher who had joined the team in 1991 to serve his apprenticeship. Then in 2004 Derek retired, giving Christopher the opportunity to become a partner and develop the business further. Also in 2004 Harry’s daughter Zoë joined the team to take over the administration of the business.
Then in 2008 Harry retired passing the family business on to Chris and Zoë. In the last couple of years they have continued to grow the business with great success both in retail and wholesale, and look forward to offering their services online with Radcliffe Butchers Online store.

At Radcliffe’s we pride ourselves on customer service, we have a team of five Senior Butchers at our shop to provide you with a personal service and knowledge of all our produce from which cuts to choose, where the meat is sourced to how to cook it.
Our team is made up of Chris, Dylan, Karol & Billy who all have many years experience as timed served butchers.
The Delivery Man
Jeff has recently joined us and delivers your orders with a smile, making sure our produce gets to you in perfect condition and on time.

Our Deli Takeaway next door is where are homemade pies are made using quality Manx ingredients. We also have our range of cooked meats which include Beef, Ham, Pork & Turkey.
Our Deli serves a range of homemade food from Cottage Pie & Lamb Casserole to Curry of the Day, Fresh Bacon Baps and Freshly baked filled baguettes, we also have a salad bar, baked potatoes, handmade cakes and coffee. For Breakfast, Lunch or just coffee & a cake, I’m sure we can tempt you with something delicious so call in and see us between 8am and 2pm Monday to Friday.
