We’ve put together some commonly asked questions you may have before you purchase our meat online.

1. How much will my fresh meat delivery cost?
We offer a Free Delivery Service to Isle of Man Customers on orders over £25, Orders under £25 will be at a cost of £5.00 for Isle of Man Deliveries Only.
UK Delivery will be by Next Day Special Delivery at a cost of £24.50 plus VAT
2. How to Order
Find the items you wish to buy
You can do this by browsing through the categories such as beef, lamb or pork on the left hand side of each page, or by entering a word or phrase in the Search box at the top right of each page.
Add them to your basket
Your shopping basket is where you store all the items you'd like to buy. Add an item to your basket by clicking the "Buy" button on the product description. You can always see how many items are in your basket and the total cost of these items on the right side of each page.
When you've added all the Radcliffe’s products you want to your basket, click the 'Checkout' button. This will take you to an order summary page where you can add or delete products, or enter any promotional code you have. Once complete click 'Checkout' again.
Register or Login
If you are a new customer, welcome! To enjoy your Radcliffe Butchers Products you’ll need to register by entering your email address and contact details.
Confirm that you would like the order delivered to your home address, or you can enter an alternative delivery address by ticking the button at the end of the billing address, such as a workplace or friend. Then choose a convenient day for the delivery or collection of your order. We deliver from Monday to Friday, orders need to be received by 12 Noon for next day delivery.
Enter your payment details. Credit Cards are welcomed as the simplest method of payment. We accept Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Switch/Delta/Solo through our secure paypal Service.
3. How will my order be packed?
Whether fresh or frozen, your meat order is securely sealed or vacuum-packed individually and delivered in temperature controlled boxes or bags. So you can rest assured that when you buy our meat online you will receive it in the best possible condition.
4. How do I store my Meat?
Your chilled products are ready to cook and enjoy. If you wish to freeze them, please do so on the day they arrive, and keep them in the original vacuum packaging. The food grade vacuum sealed bags help protect your meat from freezer burn, and are also ideal for thawing out later as they help to keep in the meat juices. Store chilled products in the fridge and use by date stated on the label. Blooming, Traditionally matured meat can have a slightly darker appearance and slight odour when it is first removed from the vacuum pack. After about 20 minutes of exposure to fresh air the meat regains a bright, naturla colour and the odour fades. This natural process is Called Blooming.
5. Is it safe to send meat through the post?
Definitely. Our packaging uses a temperature controlled cooling system so your meat delivery is kept below 5°C from the time it is cut and prepared until it is delivered to you, so all you receive is fresh meat.
6. What happens if my meat does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive on time please contact our service team on 01624822271 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org weekdays from 8.30-4.30pm and we’ll try our best to assist you.
7. What is the shelf-life of Radcliffe Butchers meat?
ALL our fresh beef, lamb and pork and Fresh poultry has a shelf-life labels on each product. If the product is frozen it will have a minimum frozen-life of 3 months and once defrosted should be used within 24 hours.
8. What if I am not happy with my meat?
If for any reason you feel the quality of our fresh meat is not up to the standard you expected we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please refer to the guarantee section of our website which details our promise to you when purchasing our meat online.
9. I’m not sure of the cut I want… Can you help?
