Delivery Details and FAQ's

 Isle of Man - Free Delivery on South, East & West

     on orders over £25

 Isle of Man - Orders under £25 will have a charge of £5.00

We Deliver to your Home or Place of Work Tuesday & Thursday with exception of the North of the Island (North = from Kirk Michael up to Ramsey and from Laxey up to Ramsey).We no longer Deliver to North of the Island .  Enter an Alternative Shipping address such as work or neighbour just tick the box at the bottom of the Billing address to enter you delivery details. You can also collect your Order in store Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30 pm of on Saturday from 8am to 3pm.

Please select which day you would like your order delivered or collected when you checkout. Orders must be received by 12 noon for next day delivery.   Orders are freshly prepared and vacuum packed or in sealed trays and are then sent in a temperature controlled box or bag to keep your goods at the correct termperature for up to 24 hours.

This is a Next day Special Delivery Service.  Monday to Friday (Order must be received by 12 noon) Order received after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. 

How to Order

1. Find the items you wish to buy
You can do this by browsing through the categories such as beef, lamb or pork on the left hand side of each page, or by entering a word or phrase in the Search box at the top right of each page.

2. Add them to your basket
Your shopping basket is where you store all the items you'd like to buy. Add an item to your basket by clicking the "Add to Basket" button on the product description. You can always see how many items are in your basket and the total cost of these items on the right side of each page.

3. Checkout
When you've added all the Radcliffe’s products you want to your basket, click the 'Checkout' button. This will take you to an order summary page where you can add or delete products, or enter any promotional code you have. Once complete click 'Checkout' again.

4. Register

If you are a new customer, welcome! To enjoy your Radcliffe Butchers Produce you’ll need to register by entering your email address and contact details. 

5. Delivery instructions
Confirm that you would like the order delivered to your home address, or you can enter an alternative delivery address such as a workplace or friend. Then choose a convenient day for the delivery of your order. We deliver from Tuesday & Thursday. 

6. Payment details
Enter your payment details. Credit Cards are welcomed as the simplest method of payment. We accept Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Switch/Delta/Solo through our secure paypal service.

1. How much will my fresh meat delivery cost?
We offer a Free Delivery Service to Isle of Man Customers on orders over £25, Orders under £25 will be at a cost of £5.00 for Isle of Man Deliveries Only.

UK Delivery will be by Next Day Special Delivery at a cost of £24.50 plus VAT

2. How to Order

3. How will my order be packed?
Whether fresh or frozen, your meat order is securely sealed or vacuum-packed individually and delivered in temperature controlled boxes or bags.  So you can rest assured that when you buy our meat online you will receive it in the best possible condition.

4. How do I store my Meat?   

Your chilled products are ready to cook and enjoy.  If you wish to freeze them, please do so on the day they arrive, and keep them in the original vacuum packaging. The food grade vacuum sealed bags help protect your meat from freezer burn, and are also ideal for thawing out later as they help to keep in  the meat juices.  Store chilled products in the fridge and use by date stated on the label.  Blooming, Traditionally matured meat can have a slightly darker appearance and slight odour when it is first removed from the vacuum pack.  After about 20 minutes of exposure to fresh air the meat regains a bright, naturla colour and the odour fades. This natural process is Called Blooming.

5. Is it safe to send meat through the post?
Definitely. Our packaging uses a temperature controlled cooling system so your meat delivery is kept below 5°C from the time it is cut and prepared until it is delivered to you, so all you receive is fresh meat.

6. What happens if my meat does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive on time please contact our service team on 01624822271 or e-mail orders@radcliffebutchers.com weekdays from 8.30-4.30pm and we’ll try our best to assist you.

7. What is the shelf-life of Radcliffe Butchers meat?
ALL our fresh beef, lamb and pork and Fresh poultry has a shelf-life labels on each product. If the product is frozen it will have a minimum frozen-life of 3 months and once defrosted should be used within 24 hours.

8. What if I am not happy with my meat?
If for any reason you feel the quality of our fresh meat is not up to the standard you expected we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please refer to the guarantee section of our website which details our promise to you when purchasing our meat online.

9. I’m not sure of the cut I want… Can you help?
